Whenever I’ve been on Pinterest lately, I’ve noticed two things: firstly, if it has the words caramel, cinnamon bun, or smores in the name of the recipe, I will Pin it in two seconds flat. I give you Exhibit A, B, and C. Secondly, there are a lot of eclair pictures and recipes floating around the Internet lately. I just discovered that Cadbury makes mini eclair chocolates! If I could beam myself back to England when I visited Cadbury World a few years ago, I would certainly be picking up boatloads of those to bring home.
Apparently there is a place in Paris called L’Atelier de L’Eclair. I might have forgotten everything I learned in high school French class, but I do believe that translates to HOUSE OF ECLAIRS! Excuse me, I need to go book my ticket to France asap.
